08/14/ Attn.: Revdex.com Re: Complaint Activity Report Case #[redacted] To Whom It May Concern: I am writing you in response to the complaint number listed abovePlease know that we at Top Tech Auto & Sons, Incpride ourselves on completing quality work and providing exceptional customer serviceThe [redacted] did receive an engine from our shopThis engine did come with year mile warranty (please see the engine warranty attached)Per her warranty, it states that the [redacted] were responsible for maintaining the vehicle properly up to the vehicles specs, and was required to keep all vehicle maintenance recordsIt also states that if the vehicle exhibits any signs of trouble to pull over, and to call Top Tech Auto & Sons, IncimmediatelyHowever, given the circumstances surrounding her specific case, she failed to maintain her vehicle properly and follow the provisions of the warranty which resulted in damage to the engine, and voiding the warranty Per the complaint, Mr [redacted] who lodged the complaint for Mrs [redacted] states that years after the warrantied engine was replaced that the vehicle started to overheat, and the vehicle was pulled to the side of the roadRoad side assistance was contacted, NOT Top Tech Auto & Sons, Inclike the warranty states needed to be done, and the vehicle was towed back to their homeThe complaint goes on to mention that: a few days later they refilled the radiator, implying that the radiator had been experiencing known problems and/or mechanical failure, and drove it a few blocks to our shopHowever, there was a difference in what actually happened to what is described in the complaintThe vehicle was brought into our shopMr [redacted] admitted that he was aware of their being a problem with the radiator, and that he had attempted to replace the temperature switch on the car, along with various other things prior to bringing it inWith the [redacted] permission Top Tech Auto & Sons, Incproceeded to diagnose the vehicle and discovered that the problem was that the fan was not working on the radiator, along with their being a blown head gasket in their engineTop Tech Auto & Sons, Incthen proceeded to tell the [redacted] that: because they tampered with the vehicle against what their warranty stated that the warranty will not cover the blown head gasket, but that Top Tech Auto SA Sons, Incwould replace the fan and the blown head gasket at a discounted rateMrs [redacted] after hearing this then turned to Mr [redacted] and said something close to the lines of, "I told you so, that the'' wouldn't cover it because you messed with it"Mrs [redacted] was very angry to find out that their warranty was voided due to their own negligence and she escalated the situation Top 'Tech Auto & SonsInctried very hard to work with the [redacted] , despite their actions that voided their engines warrantyTop Tech Auto & Sons, Incoffered to repair the damaged components at a discounted rate, however the [redacted] insisted that: the work be done for freeThe [redacted] were advised and aware of the terms of their warranty upon engine replacement per the warranty that was provided to themThe terms were also reiterated to them when they returned years later with the vehicle, and they admitted to not upholding their terms of the warrantyIt is not Top Tech Auto & Sons, Incresponsibility to cover broken or damaged components of a vehicle for free that resulted from the vehicle owners own negligenceThe [redacted] confessed to voiding their warranty, yet want their warranty upheldAgain, we tried to compromise with the [redacted] to help them out, but the [redacted] want the repairs done for freeThis is unfair to Top Tech Auto & Sons, IncTop Tech Auto & Sons, Inchas to uphold the terms set forth in the warranty otherwise it would be unfair to our customers that follow their warranty, and would put us out of business as an auto repair shop if we provided free repairs to customers whose negligence voided their warrantiesWe hope that you are able to see the facts and our side of the story per this letter and the attached documentation, and are able to come to a fair and favorable determination based off what has been presented (Business ResponseRevdex.com Response.pdf)

A few things
ONE: How can the warranty be voided because I Paid for a tow service to tow my car home rather than calling top tech auto to com and tow itI didn't even know they had a tow truckI have a feeling he would have charged an inflated rate for the tow anyways
TWO: THE fan that he claims is the reason for the overheating tests fine, as does the radiatorBoth items can be made available for inspection to anyone that may wish to see themTherefore the assumption that these components caused the problem is falseHis entire premise is that these are to blame, and in fact they are not
THREE: HE continues to blame my wife for driving the card into the ground, however I drove the vehicle not my wife, she NEVER drove itSo he should stop blaming her for anything at all
FOUR: MY wife never stated anything about "I Told you that messing with it voided the warranty" that statement is made upWhat she said was "I Told you he was a crook and would not honor the warranty." which in fact he is and he did not

quality work and providing exceptional customer service. The [redacted] did receive an engine from our shop. This engine did come with 3 year 60.000 mile warranty (please see the engine warranty attached). Per her warranty, it states that the [redacted] were responsible for maintaining the vehicle properly up to the vehicles specs, and was required to keep all vehicle maintenance records. It also states that if the vehicle exhibits any signs of trouble to pull over, and to call Top Tech Auto & Sons, Inc. immediately. However, given the circumstances surrounding her specific case, she failed to maintain her vehicle properly and follow the provisions of the warranty which resulted in damage to the engine, and voiding the warranty.
Per the complaint, Mr. [redacted] who lodged the complaint for Mrs. [redacted] states that 2 years after the warrantied engine was replaced that the vehicle started to overheat, and the vehicle was pulled to the side of the road. Road side assistance was contacted, NOT Top Tech Auto & Sons, Inc. like the warranty states needed to be done, and the vehicle was towed back to their home.
