Top Tech Buy

I ordered a piece of equipment from Top Tech Buy that was never shipped to meI finally emailed and asked for a refund, and they processed it to a card that no longer existedWhen I made them aware of the problem, they said they wouldn't consider crediting a new account because "they can only process refunds to the original payment source." I asked for the product to be shipped, then, and they said they were unable to because the order had been canceledWhen I called to talk to someone about it, you get a message about everyone being busy, then are disconnectedI fully believe this company is a scamDO NOT BUY FROM

I placed an order on 11/9/for a laptop computer after finding them on Facebook After waiting more than five business days it had not been shipped so I called and left messages a few times and got no answer Finally on 11/I got a call back and they blamed it all of Facebook I was promised two day shipping and extra memory on the laptop It never came After more calls I spoke with them again on 12/and was told they no longer had the laptop I ordered and that I would be sent a better laptop, one that had been his personal laptop It never came and now they won't reply to my calls and text messages I contacted Facebook on 12/about this and got a reply on 12/that they would look into it but have not heard back from FB since then, even after sending several more messages DO NOT order from them As of 12/I have no laptop, no refund and no reply to several messages from Top Tech or FB

Before I placed an order for a phone case, I contacted the company and verified stock level They assured me the product was in stock in would be shipped in 2-Business Days I placed the order immediately
After (1) week I followed up for a status, they responded that the order was still being processed it would ship shortly
After another week I followed up again, they told me my order had been cancelled I could try to place the order again in (1) Month In response to my question of what happened, I received a response, saying they did not have stock, and that they "have nothing else to say about that" but I was welcome to try and replace my order in a few weeks
They are either dishonest, or incompetent and reflected no concept of customer service I shall be encouraging their competitors by voting with my dollars

They don't answer the phone nor respond to emails and then the fraud your credit cardSCAM ALERT!!! Do not buy anything from this websiteSteeled my mother's credit card and went shopping with it! She is old and very fragile BS
