I have several rentals that this company takes care of After getting the run around and being taken advantage of by several other companies, a friend suggested Top Tech and WOW its been great Until meeting these guys what I was finding guys that were cheap but didnt know what they were doing and didnt stand behind OR big companies that would gouge you on the prices Top tech changes like a small company but supports there customers like a big one, I love them!!! I have sent them to several friends and they all rave about the prices and service too and thank me :) AAA+++

Review: [redacted] the [redacted] of Top Tech Mechanical in Richmond, Va., came to my home when a visit had been scheduled by my home warranty company, [redacted], to check on my HVAC system. Before he left, he convinced me that his company was honest and good, and proceeded to talk me into signing a service/maintenance contract and give him a check toward this contract, of which I did. I have neither seen nor heard from this man, or his company, to schedule an appointment to check my home HVAC system . I have called the number on his card, as well as the cell phone number that he provided on the back of the card, only to hear that the phone is not in service! This is fraud! I definitely want to get my money back from this company! I am so angry! I am a single mother of three children! I cannot afford this! Please help me to get this resolved.Desired Settlement: I wish to be refunded my money for a fraudulent service/maintenance contract. This is just unfair!

Review: TOP TECH MECHANICAL LLC is the company that was sent to do a repair on my AC unit by [redacted]. The contractor came and told me that the unit is not up to code and needs to be relocated before they can do the repair. I paid them to relocate the unit and they assured me the repair has been done. During the winter months AC was not needed. Las month I saw that the unit is not working and made. a new claim with [redacted]. They sent a new contractor. The new contractor told me that the previous person (Top Tech Mechanical) did not finish their job. They never replaced the compressor. Since 5/19/15 [redacted] is trying to get in touch with Top Tech to get them out there to finish their job- no success. The owner is not returning calls, neither is he saying he will not get the work done. I think that this is very unprofessional. I am without an AC for more then a month and I have been paying higher electricity bills all winter (AC was working on Emergency heat) because of Top Tec Mechanical not completing their job. They got the payment from me for relocating the unit and never replaced the compressor as ordered by [redacted].Desired Settlement: They need to compensate me for my damages and cost I have incurred because of them. I overpaid electricity bills, because of their improper repair and I also lost tenants because of the unit staying without AC for more than a month. They are just hiding, ignoring calls! Not proper way to business and treat customers!

Review: I have been trying for over two weeks to get service from top tech mechanical. I am forced to use them by my home warranty company. I was a shirt on Friday night that they would have the information into my warranty company so that I could get air condition. As of Sunday they have still not heard from top tech mechanical, which prevents me from using another contractor. I have been trying to get them out here for over two weeks now. Their lack of calling back the home warranty company or myself is preventing me from allowing another company to come and perform the work. I have begged them to provide the paperwork to the warranty company so that I can get air-conditioner in my house again.Desired Settlement: all I need is for them to provide a fair estimate of cost to fix my air conditioner to the home warranty company and inappropriate time frame. They promised it would be done Friday.

My A/C stopped working in the afternoon of June 14, 2014. Fortunately, I had a home protection plan. Since the temperature in the house quickly became unbearable, my hope was that I could get help either by evening time or early the next morning. Top Tech Mechanical is the company I ended up with, after my home protection company failed to reach several of the "big name" companies in the area. I was at church when the Top Tech Mechanical technician called to let me know he was 30 minutes away. As busy as his schedule was, he promised to come by later in the day. Not only was I not at home when he called the second time, he was very courteous and professional when I spoke to him about my delay in getting home. Once home, he not only fixed the problem, but he showed me what to do to keep it from happening again. Should I have another A/C problem, I'll be sure my home protection company send me someone from Top Tech Mechanical. I'll also be recommending them to all my friends and neighbors. Our society would be so much better if service companies were all like Top Tech Mechanical.
