Top Temporaries

Review: I recently went to the Top Temporaries on July [redacted], 2014 @ 10:30 AM in hopes in finding a temp position as a Front Desk As't. At that time I completed the application required and at the end of the interview I was informed by [redacted] who indicated that my resume needed to be revised. I followed [redacted]'s instructions, however at this time I have not heard from [redacted] or the agency. I have called and sent e-mails to [redacted]. I am requesting an investigation of the agency and the employees as to their practices in finding jobs for individuals.Desired Settlement: What I would like is the following:1. Letter of apology from [redacted] and her supervisor as to how I was handled.2. The return of all my paperwork, including my resumes, mailed to me immediately.3. I know this may not be possible but compensation for the position that I was told that I qualified for at the salary of $35K.4. The closing of Top Temp.
