On 02/21/customer came to our shop Top Texas Tire and he wants to buy a one use tire not anew two tires as customer said in his statement ,to replace his blowing tire and we shown him the tire and the size of it and after he agreed we installed it into his rim which had damage first and checked for leak .After we have been mounted the tire we charge him only $not $ as the customer said in his statement .Next day customer call our shop and he said he had a blow out We tell him welcome to come back to our shop and we replaced his tire with another one for free, as he came back and we replaced his tire with another one for free But the customer try to blame us for that and him and his wife try to take advantage of this case .as his wife came next day to the shop and she tried to blame us too and she been told the tire been replaced with another one and that the best we can do to you in this case Our goal to make the customer happy , satisfied and their safety She is welcome to come and we can help her in any things related to replacement of the tire Thanks for your corporation

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.They are not being truthfulWhen the repairs were first completed I didn't realize that my lug nuts were missing because I did not look at the wheelsI did not have any missing lug nuts or broken studs before I went to get services at there businessMy car started shaking shortly after they worked on it but I was thinking that I needed a wheel alignment at that point because I know after certain work is done, you have to get a wheel alignment I took my car back to them when I noticed that the issue was the lug nuts and not the wheel alignmentI went that morning(which at this time they remembered doing the work) and they gave me a run around all day longWhen I finally did got to speak with the manager later that afternoon he stated "that hadn't worked on my car and was not going to fix it" He tried to tell me that I had taken my car somewhere else(which was not the case)I advised him that they were the only ones that worked on it and he kept telling me that they hadn't worked on my car and would not budge, so I left and spent the rest of my day trying to get my car back the way it wasI never spoke to his "mechanic" nor anyone else about lug nuts not being original, broken studs, or any missing lug nutsI value my life and would never have drove off if they advised me of thatI have had my brakes changed before and was not missing any lug nuts or had any of the other problems mentionedI keep up with my car Regards, [redacted]
