I have attached the invoice showing that we credited the amount for the deck that was not done, as well as what the insurance paid for the gutters since we did those as a cash bid. There was not any drip edge on the home when we began the repairs. We installed drip edge, and Ms***
was not happy with the color so we installed another color on the rakes of the home. Ms*** said she was going to call the City of Golden and have them inspect the drip edge. I told her to send me a letter from them saying it was reused, which she never did. The amount is due and the lien will remain in place until the balance is paid in full

We have a hour answering service so I am not sure how the owner was not able to reach us. When we were contacted about the damage we did do the repairs. The subcontractor that installed the roof has filed a claim with his liability insurance company. All incurred expenses
should be refunded to the owner when the claim is processed. Thank You

The check was here in office since July 13, 2015. She was suppose to come to Colorado to pick it up but was to busy. We overnited the check to her and she then cashed it. She said she would call you to clear this up.

The refund check was received and deposited on October 12, 2015. In the circumstances, I felt it prudent to wait a full ten business days to make sure the check cleared. There was a complete lack of communication from the company. I was never told that the check was cut, signed and sitting there. Even when I was in town and could have gone and picked it up, no one answered my phone calls.
The matter is satisfactorily resolved. Thank you Revdex.com for your help.

We have made numerous attempts to repair the window.  We have not heard back from Mr. or Mrs. [redacted].  Please call me at [redacted] to set up a time that we can come out.

To clear up any confusion for the respondent, [redacted]: Yes, we terminated our business relationship with Top That Roofing on 8/22/16, following numerous unsuccessful attempts between 8/5/16 and 8/19/16 to receive a response to our written complaint. The details of which reach beyond the scope of our summarized complaint to the Revdex.com. The motive and purpose behind filing a more formal Revdex.com complaint (which I have never before done) relates primarily to problems encountered between those dates, and our frustration with being both ignored and lied to throughout our short partnership with the company. For the record, [redacted] did try to help us with what she could, and we are happy enough with the work done on our roof. It’s our hope that from here on out, Top That management will value their stakeholders enough to drastically improve their customer service.

I spoke with Mrs. [redacted] on about July 28th when I ordered her roofing materials.  I did explain to her the insurance claim process, and that it was going to take time to get things approved.  She appeared to understand this process at that time.  The roof was installed on Aug...

5th.  Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] were upset about the cleanliness of the crew.  We got the crew back out to clean up the mess.  In an attempt to offer a hand in friendship and keep the [redacted]'s whole we offered to install a free ridge vent on their home.  The roof was installed in one day as planned.  It did take a few days for the crew to return and install the free ridge vent. I spoke with Mrs. [redacted] on a second occasion and explained to her that I was still working on getting her other trades approved.  She did explain to me at that time that she also had a hard time reaching her adjuster and understood that we needed their approval.  Mrs. [redacted] stated she did Top That Roofing to do any more work on her home so I cancelled the remaining work we had scheduled.  We agreed on Aug 22nd that no other work would be done by us on their residence, so I am confused as to why we are receiving a complaint about the work not being done. I have no control over what the subcontractors charge to do their projects.  We are a general contractor that subs out the remaining work.  We attempted to make this customer happy to no avail.  We wish the [redacted] family and their new contractor the best!

The required $2500 fee was paid on June 9th.  I am unaware of them not being willing to pay since they did open a claim up.  The claim number is [redacted].  I will follow up on the status of the claim and be sure it is handles properly.
