We have made numerous attempts to repair the window We have not heard back from Mror Mrs [redacted] Please call me at [redacted] to set up a time that we can come out
I spoke with Mrs [redacted] on about July 28th when I ordered her roofing materials I did explain to her the insurance claim process, and that it was going to take time to get things approved She appeared to understand this process at that time The roof was installed on Aug 5th Mrand Mrs [redacted] were upset about the cleanliness of the crew We got the crew back out to clean up the mess In an attempt to offer a hand in friendship and keep the [redacted] 's whole we offered to install a free ridge vent on their home The roof was installed in one day as planned It did take a few days for the crew to return and install the free ridge ventI spoke with Mrs [redacted] on a second occasion and explained to her that I was still working on getting her other trades approved She did explain to me at that time that she also had a hard time reaching her adjuster and understood that we needed their approval Mrs [redacted] stated she did Top That Roofing to do any more work on her home so I cancelled the remaining work we had scheduled We agreed on Aug 22nd that no other work would be done by us on their residence, so I am confused as to why we are receiving a complaint about the work not being doneI have no control over what the subcontractors charge to do their projects We are a general contractor that subs out the remaining work We attempted to make this customer happy to no avail We wish the [redacted] family and their new contractor the best!

The required $fee was paid on June 9th I am unaware of them not being willing to pay since they did open a claim up The claim number is [redacted] I will follow up on the status of the claim and be sure it is handles properly
