Top this roofing recently replaced the entire roofAs a rentor my landlord act swiftly getting multiple estimatesI'm assuming top this gave the best quoteIt was a slow start but when construction begun it appeared that the roof was complete in a dayI returned from work only to find my lbs satellite dangling from the new roof, the old antenna thrown & left in the back yard, the fencing that surround the AC unit knocked down & both my 10ft umbrellas laying in my front yardI an a rentor so I immediately took photos & sent them to my landlordHe in turned talked to the foreman who in turn ask me to fwd him the picturesI was told they would remedy the problemNon the less lthis is when the problem beganMy land lord told me he would cover the expense for the removal of the satallite b/c direct TV charges when a techanican comes our (total cost 130.00; call fee & for custom reinstallion) guess I don't need to tell you my landlord is great but this was completely unfair in my opinionMy labdlord was infirnef he would have ti move tbe giantaic attenna himselfTwo weeks later [redacted] (unsure of her title) contacted me regarding the umbrellasShe assured me the company would replace thoseShe told me she would swing by the store & puck up two then she said I nsy not like her choosing so if I would go buy the umbrellas she would reimburse me HUGE MISTAKEFor time sake U will tell you to thud day I am out $not to mention the fencing is still knocked down [redacted] says her men say they did not cause thus damage nor the umbrellasI told her I don't jbiw what happened b c I was at work & returned hone to this mess however my hone was not in this condition before work begunI am a single hard working mother in the medical field which us stressful ebiugh I try not to bring anymore stress in my life so I've elected to let the umbrella problem goThe roof was conpleded appxweeks ago and the company has not returned to finish the inside which is cosmeticI will admit the roof seems to be working great there have been no leaks & its rain extremely hard for days now but In not sure if this was worth the treatment I've received but I'm only the tentant perhaps I don't have much say

I returned from work only to find my 50 lbs satellite dangling from the new roof, the old antenna thrown & left in the back yard, the fencing that surround the AC unit knocked down & both my 10ft umbrellas laying in my front yard. I an a rentor so I immediately took photos & sent them to my landlord. He in turned talked to the foreman who in turn ask me to fwd him the pictures. I was told they would remedy the problem.
