The product was advertised as a "trial offer" but I have been charged for an additional product that was not indicated anywhere in the advertisement.
The original trial offer was purchase in mid-August. Now - around September 12th - I have been billed for an additional product which was not ordered, or explained in any ads. My credit card alerted me, I have "cancelled" the purchase, but unless I can report a "cancellation code" to my card company, I can no longer used that card. I would like this resolved so I can continue to use my credit card.

I did not order anything on 8-11-2020.
I checked my credit union account and found: 08-11-2020 Organic Premium Boost n11008 N 52nd St Uni FL 844-217-2673 with the amount of $89.95. No internet earlier today so I could not have ordered anything.

They scammed me for $89.95 on a FB post that was supposedly the Pioneer Woman was endorsing. Was supposed to be a "trial".
Ordered this off FB. Thought if the Pioneer Woman was endorsing it that it might be a good thing. Paid $4.95 for the trial and they threw in a bottle of pills I didn't want but couldn't delete it......should've been my first clue. Brought the total to $11.00. Like a dummy I went ahead & ordered it anyway. This stuff doesn't work; no change in my blood sugars at all & am taking it as directed. They are still advertising on FB even! Tried to call them. Got a recording the phone is disconnected. My credit card sent a fraud allert text on my phone with this $89.95 charge & asked me if I authorized it. I said no but it already had been approved; they cancelled my credit card & am sending me another one but I'm still out $89.95. This was NOT authorized & I want my money back. I should've known this was a fishy deal when they didn't disclose there would be more charges down the line......most of them do.

I never ordered nor received any services or products from this company. Was charged $89.95 on my debit card by ORGANICP Boost on May 1,2020.
The charge of $89.95 was.paid from my Walmart money card(prepaid debit card , account # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. On May 1,2020. I notified my debit card company. Of this disputed charge as soon as I became aware of it. My debit card company said they couldn't prove charge was an error so they did not replace funds. They did however cancel that card and issue me a new one. I am going to dispute charge with company as well ,within this week.

I tried to call the number provided 1-833-277-3696 to cancel my order - and there is no answer/no response, I tried to go online as well with no luck.
I ordered the free trial of this, there was no indication it would be recurring shipment or payment due I was then charged only 17 days later for $179. I did not request additional shipments and I had no opportunity to not have this charged. There was no communication from this company advising a new charge was coming. I tried calling and there is no answer. I tried going online to find customer service and am unable to locate anything. This company is a scam and a rip off and they are taking good peoples money in a time when we don't have it due to other issues worldwide.

This company has made unauthorized charges on my debit card.
Company charged 44.98 to my debit card on may 11. I did not order anything from this company. I did not authorize any automatic payments or withdrawals.

Ordered a bottle of Keto metabolism enhancer for less than $10.00 but was also charged an additional $88.97 with no product or explanation
I ordered and paid for a supplement to which I received. My account was then charged on 11/18 for another $88.97 that was not authorized. I consulted with my bank the charge was made on 11/16 at 7:36 am. I am positive that I did not make that purchase as I was asleep after working the night before. It seems that this is a common practice from the write ups I have read on this company. I am not sure how many complaints it take before the Attorney General has their office do an investigation as to the practices of this company. I had to stop my CC to avoid any additional or recurring charges from this company. I am seeking to get my money back as I am a student and every penny that I make is spent with purpose.

I am asking for this company to refund this charge that was not approved nor was it for any products. I can provide proof of the purchase of the if requested. I have also contacted my bank to dispute this charge as well.

Stupidly fell for it, was charged $4.95 on August 20,2019 and never received any product. Have been charged twice Of $89.99 once on September 15,2019 and once again $89.99 on October 15,2019 never received any products and never authorize for anything other than th $4.95 to be withdrawn from account, however without receiving product I should be refunded both $89.99 transactions and the $4.95 transaction.

Keep getting billed 89.99 once a month for the past two months for something I only received once. Would like to drop the reoccurring charges.
Once a month for the past two months I have gotten billed $89.99 twice for a product I bought once that was only supposed to be like $5. I would like to get this problem resolved and make sure I don't get charged anymore from this company

This company is the biggest fraud and they've charged my account multiple times for 88.99 and sold my inforamtion to other suppliers. I've launched a criminal fraud investigation against this vendor. their product is bogus and it's bunch of BS they're selling online. I'm also exploring options for a lawsuit and writing to the Attorney General of Florida's consumer Fraud division. Please don't purchase from this company as the products are fake and they're fraud

I have never used this website nor had I ever heard of their products until my debit card was charged 89.99.
I have never heard of this company nor the products that they sell until my bank informed me of a possible case of fraud. I was charged $89.99 for a product I never ordered. Someone had gotten my card number and charged to my account and I have yet to be refunded the money for the fraudulent charge. I want my money back!

I purchased a deal online for a bottle of Keto Pills for the $4.99 S&H. At no time in the terms & conditions did it state this was an ongoing order with a certain time frame to return the product (unused and unopened btw). The first issue is, the product was never received. The second is that I was charged $89.99 unauthorized. When I called the number, the woman with broken English informed me too bad. I can't help but think I got sucked in on a scam. I am in the process of filing fraud charges against this company.

I wish I could give them -5 stars. They took $89.99 out of my account!!!! I can't get it back! I'm beyond mad. I can't believe a company would do this.

The website is set so you can only page forward and not back. When you enter your information you are not allowed to delete. The website snags your information and does not give you the particulars, how much and how often. It saves that information until the end where it says: You will be billed xxx.xxx in 17 days and then in smaller print it informs you it will also bill you xx.xxx for another product that you didn't order such as an "add on" which will also be charged to you in 17 days. I called the phone number associated with customer service which is open 24/7. No answer. Received an answering recorded mssg. said to leave your name number and card# associated with the order and they will return your call promptly. 24 hrs go by no return call. I called again this time w/n regular business hours 9-5 est. NO answer. I received a bank statement seen I was billed for not one but two 2 products it wasn't until I called the bank and made inquiry did I know this company charged me. I canceled card. Filed a fraudulent charge and the product came the same week. The 2phone numbers assoc w/ the acct one in California fraudulent the other in Fla. said they are not affiliated.It wasn't until today that my bank sent me a copy of the "chargeback" and investigation material did I have a working phomne number for this company.
