Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaintFor starters, there has been no effort in any way by this business to actually resolve anything Instead of admitting mistake and doing what any reputable business would do, the baseless denials continue. The "3rd party" mentioned was just the company named XPO that contracted with Top Tier Homes - and made the decision that they also were without blame based on only talking to Top Tier It is not factual that anything independent happenedWhat reputable businesses deny responsibility without actually inspecting the damage or even talking to the homeowner? What Top Tier is ignoring is:1: The attached photos that show the damage they caused The photos are the NEW dishwasher after they tried to pry it under the counter The sheet metal bend matches up perfectly to the damage caused.2: Best Buy (the top of the purchase chain) came out and inspected the damage and said "Wow -- Top Tier didn't take the pictures that showed the damage to the new dish washer matching up"3: [redacted] (the owner of Top Tier...who sent this response I'm sure) was supposed to come to my house to make sure the new install went right -- Best Buy promised me he'd be there At the last minute he decided to not show up and send someone else.4: One of the installers actually admitted causing damage and then retracted his statement while onsite 5: Best Buy forced XPO to open up a new case (pending) and was upset based on the fact that XPO/Top Tier created and closed a case without even trying to get all data before making a decision6: The head installer of my job was demoted within days of my countertop issue --Why would someone who wasn't at fault get demoted?7: The installer that was involved with the damage asked me on return to my house after denial -- "Did Top Tier pay to fix your counters?" Again -- why would the installer ask me that? [redacted] at Top Tier hasn't once shown any desire to actually get to the bottom of the problem If he did, he would have called me to discuss the issue He would have wanted all the photos (including the ones clearly showing the damage) He would have shown up at my house as requested by Best Buy to try to make things right He would have been honest that the case has been reopened based on actually giving the insurance company ALL the photos that show the damage If being honest and getting to the bottom of the issue were of concern to ***, all of those things were happened The behavior on this matter is a deplorable Regards, [redacted] ***

When first stopping at the house in the morning on 9/23/it was determined by the technicians onsite that the flooring built up of the kitchen was too much for the existing dishwasher to be removed safely without causing damages to the property. The customer stated they would remove the
dishwasher themselves and we could then return to install the dishwasher. Technicians left to return in the late afternoon to assess the installation of the new dishwasher. When returning in the afternoon it was observed that the dishwasher was removed but was mangled and the countertop was damaged. Photos exist (attached) and have been sent to XPO Logistics of the dishwasher that was removed and of the countertops showing the new dishwasher was too tall to install and of the damaged countertops when we arrived. Because we did not remove the dishwasher we do not have responsibility for the damaged countertops. XPO Logistics who is the third party in this matter has agreed with my company that we are not at fault. We are a very upstanding company sir as you can see we have a A+ rating and have been with Revdex.com for 10+ years. I'm sorry you do not feel you were treated correctly in this matter but based on all the evidence we do not feel we are at fault and a third party has agreed with that as well

Sir, I am using the proper protocols for this situation based on my contract with XPO Logistics which is based on there contract with Best Buy. I can not deviate from those contractual bounds. They have the information that I believe is what we need from my end. Please send them your information. Best Buy and XPO Logistics have teams that handle these cased one by one. That is the proper channels to be used to resolve the issues in encourage you to use them. Thanks,-***-

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For starters, there has been no effort in any way by this business to actually resolve anything.  Instead of admitting mistake and doing what any reputable business would do, the baseless denials continue. The "3rd party"  mentioned was just the company named XPO that contracted with Top Tier Homes - and made the decision that they also were without blame based on only talking to Top Tier.  It is not factual that anything independent happened. What reputable businesses deny responsibility without actually inspecting the damage or even talking to the homeowner?   What Top Tier is ignoring is:1: The attached photos that show the damage they caused.  The photos are the NEW dishwasher after they tried to pry it under the counter.  The sheet metal bend matches up perfectly to the damage caused.2:  Best Buy (the top of the purchase chain) came out and inspected the damage and said "Wow -- Top Tier didn't take the pictures that showed the damage to the new dish washer matching up"3:  [redacted] (the owner of Top Tier...who sent this response I'm sure) was supposed to come to my house to make sure the new install went right -- Best Buy promised me he'd be there.  At the last minute he decided to not show up and send someone else.4:  One of the installers actually admitted causing damage and then retracted his statement while onsite.  5:  Best Buy forced XPO to open up a new case (pending) and was upset based on the fact that XPO/Top Tier created and closed a case without even trying to get all data before making a decision6:  The head installer of my job was demoted within days of my countertop issue --Why would someone who wasn't at fault get demoted?7:  The installer that was involved with the damage asked me on return to my house after denial -- "Did Top Tier pay to fix your counters?"  Again -- why would the installer ask me that? [redacted] at Top Tier hasn't once shown any desire to actually get to the bottom of the problem.  If he did, he would have called me to discuss the issue.  He would have wanted all the photos (including the ones clearly showing the damage).   He would have shown up at my house as requested by Best Buy to try to make things right.  He would have been honest that the case has been reopened based on actually giving the insurance company ALL the photos that show the damage.  If being honest and getting to the bottom of the issue were of concern to [redacted], all of those things were happened.  The behavior on this matter is a deplorable.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The insurance company over this incident decided to pay for the damage caused even though Top Tier Homes denied any involvement after repeated attempts to the resolve.  I therefore have no reason to have any additional communication with them.  My issue is resolved because another company stepped in and did the right thing, not because they did anything truthful.   My hope is that my experience with them stops someone else from experiencing something like this with them as this process was eye opening to me as well.   They showed a complete lack of integrity and a desire to get to resolution that was based on facts and information from all parties.  Buyer beware with this company.
