The engine provided and the stamp is 10000% genuinePlease provide hard and reliable evidence backing up your claim of re stamp aside from reading on the internet? You have claimed and are now involving Nissan telling you this is re stamped? Please do provide a written statement from Nissan backing your claimWe will not be further commenting as advised by our lawyer and we will let them handle this matter and you should be receiving some paper work along with your father *** And all the other people you have mentioned in this claim who will be added to this suitTake careJDMSource***

This Customer (*** *** called to purchase an engine we had available, we let him know after his order was placed that that particular one was already sold and we have another one we can send him to which he agreed on the phone and said go ahead and send that oneafter receiving this product
he completely flipped his story almost like he got cold feet and denied that he agreed to this new enginefair enough, perhaps he has short term memory loss or is very indecisive, we asked him to ship engine back and we will just refund him minus the shipping charges ofcourseHe then went on and kept emailing the same response over and over to which we tried to call him several times with no answerwe also emailed him and said if you want to return this engine and talk about this please call us or answer your phone so we can help you out rather than hiding behind a computer screenNo response but just posting slanderous reviews and not stating the truth

This customer is a 100% fraudster looking for a hand out. [redacted], look through your first email again and your email proves exactly that the engine we provided is the correct one. We have asked you 3-4 times to come in and we'll gladly show you that you have the correct engine and there's more to...

just the stamp your so wound up on.. what you are doing now is considered slandering our company's name when we know 100000% the engine is the correct one. We don't take this matter lightly and we will have our attorney get involved and will be proving that we are not in the wrong here and as I said this is considered slandering and we will be seeking damages

I am a consumer and have every right to question the authenticity of the motor, especially after being lied to when I came in to discuss this with you. The stamp is ABSOLUTELY important and,  short of tearing the motor apart, one of the only ways to determine if it is legitimate. I have attached the pictures that I provided you along with a screenshot from a different JDM Re-seller's website stating the importance of the stamps and showing the difference between the two.  If you notice, the two photos I attached match the two in the comparison.  The stamp is not authentic and that is not a case of slander sir, it is one of fraud. I am well within my rights to question you and believe that anyone in my shoes would be reacting the same way.  You immediately got defensive instead of just answering the questions that I had.  If the motor was genuine, there would be no reason for it to be restamped and I confirmed this with the Nissan Manufacturing plant just to be sure.  I have done nothing illegal and nothing to slander you or your company.   I have taken the proper steps to try and get answers to questions about the motor you sold me.  When you say my own research shows that I have the right motor, you are referring to the fact that the motor is marked as a QR25 and not acknowledging the fact that, since day 1, I have stated that the stamp does not appear to me authentic, and you have avoided making any comment about from day 1 as well.  I sent you 3 emails with the same questions and you refuse to answer but your responses are hostile and contain none of the information I asked for.  Those 3 questions again are:Why does the stamp on the JDM motor different from the original Nissan motor from my car and also does not meet the standards set by Nissan for these stamps? Are there Altimas with QR25 2.5's driven in Japan? Why did you lie to me about the horsepower when I was in speaking with you about my concerns?
