From my first phone contact, Nathan was very professional, kind, and scheduled an appointment the next day. Nathan and Alan came right on time. It was one of our 100° + days.. They ran a camera through all pipes under my house from the outside of my house. They found a collapsed clay pipe, and showed it to me. This would have to replace it.. A septic truck was able to come that day. They were very patient, and explained what it was, then Nathan and Alan worked up an estimate for me. I can't say enough about Alan and Nathan. Every step of the job, they explained what they were doing, and approximately when it would be completed. I'm very pleased with the work done. I will recommend to anyone I know. Thank you.
I just had my bathroom done by Top Tier My Bathroom was old and out dated and needed lots of work [redacted] and his staff turned my old ugly space into a beautiful space I don't mind spending a little extra time in They were aforadable and I like the idea of doing business with a local business instead of a large contractor from one of the box stores [redacted] and Staff are professional and piticular with their work I would gladly recommend them
Top Tier installed a walk in shower & put down a new bathroom floor for usWe were so very pleased with the results we had them come back & put down a new floor in our kitchenBen completed the work in the amount of time he had told us it would take & he cleaned up every bit of trash that was madeHe is very meticulous about his work & I can tell he takes pride in doing a great jobWe cannot express how pleased we are with the work of Top TierI would recommend them to anyoneOn a side note, a few weeks after the bathroom work the stool was leakingWe called Ben & he was here the next day thinking the seal he put in was leakingWe found it was a crack in the stool, not his fault, but he helped my husband go get a new stool & put it in for usThat's going over & above as far as we are concerned

Working with Top Tier was a wonderful experience. They delivery what they say they are going to deliver and they keep up with the timeline. They renovated all 3 of my bathrooms in my new house and they look fantastic. The owner was a huge help in teaching me how to pick tiles, counter tops, cabinets etc. I could not have done it without his advice.
