It is RARE to engage a company of any type that completely satisfies its customers David Hall started our experience by being on time for our first appointment and subsequently to do the work On one day, after a truck broke down, David himself (and his wife and Chief Administrative Officer Mandy) came to complete a task after working hours the same day it was promised to be sure Top Tier stayed on schedule Every crew member and all office personnel were upbeat, pleasant, and were focused on delivering the service I requested in an excellent manner It was refreshing to hear the office staff praising David and Mandy for their attitudes and their desire to be excellent I actually served as a "broker" for three jobs: my sister's and two of my neighbors' Top Tier delivered the same excellent quality on all three tasks They achieved their goal! On two of the jobs, unusual root growths created issues with grinding the stumps "Two" of stumps actually consisted of two HIGH MOUNDS created by the convergence of four (4) tree trunks in "each" stump These were initially ground lower than normal However, after removing the debris on and below the surface, additional unusually large roots still existed David immediately had the additional roots removed at no additional cost A rarity indeed! When I had trees removed from my lot previously, although I was assured the grass would be protected, it was not Hugh ruts were left in my yard For a small additional fee, David agreed in the beginning to protect the yards on Top Tier's jobs The crews did exactly what David instructed them to do No damage was done to the yard I extend my congratulations and thanks to a hard-working, dedicated owner and his company They were superb in their performance, positive attitudes, and dedication! It was a pleasure working with ALL of them

Tree work can be dangerous and requires pros, these guys are They have the equipment, knowledge and experience to get the job done rightFriendly workmen, great office staff

I used Top Tier Trees this week to take down a tree in my yard, including grinding the stump, and removing a tree stump in my front yard I cannot say enough about the professionalism, friendliness and quick and complete clean up these four gentlemen portrayed while doing their job They worked hard and fast and were extremely amiable throughout The gentleman who came two days later to grind the two stumps also was extremely respectful, thorough and friendly I would recommend Top Tier to anyone who wants a reasonably priced job done with polite, professional, thorough workers

Excellent Service, reasonably priced

Top Tier Trees is unbelievably talented and precise The task was to remove a very old damaged red oak, which was really two red oaks that grew together at the base forming a multi-trunked beast spanning four yards The tree was in the corner of my yard Access to the tree was limited, and if something were to have gone wrong, myself and three neighbors would have been affected The team operated with precision I have a large patch of blueberry bushes growing around the tree I did not expect to have any blueberries remaining There is not one plant damaged none! How they did that is mesmerizing My neighbors came over afterwards and commented on how clean everything looked The team did an excellent job, and the foreman, Josh, is very professional
This was the second time at my house The first time they removed six towering pine trees I will certainly hire them again!
