Saw this doctor back in April, and was charged $dollars wrongfully when my copay was only $
Contacted doctors office many times to get my refund, my insurance company Humana called the office to let them know I should only have been charged the $copay, and needed to be refunded (Ref# XXXXXXXXX) even get my insurance agent help me out and call the doctors office too Doctor's solution was to credit my account within their office, but from the worst service I have been given, and how rude everyone was in this office with me, my wife, my insurance company and agent I no longer wish to step into this doctors office again Therefore, want my money back that I over paid
The admin girls that work the front and answer the phones are rude to the patients,act like they can't be bothered and don't do what they say they are going to doThey are totally ruining the good doctors business without him even knowing about itThey should be fired and replaced with someone that can do the job right
I believe that this Doctor should be investigated for unethical standards, not providing Duty of Care & being negligent with his patients

When I called to make an appointment, I was told that my insurance, United Healthcare, was no longer paying their office so I would have to pay out of pocket and they would give me a 'super bill' to send to my insurance agency so they can pay me back for my free yearly wellness exam They assured me all of their United patients have been doing this and are getting a check back within a week or two I have previously been to that office so I figured there would be no problem going through this as they are my doctor's office and I should trust them As I'm sitting in the waiting room, I'm pulled to the back to be told that I have a bill from a visit in the amount of $that must be brought current in order for me to be seenShe told me as long as I pay any amount like $or $then it would be clearedI thought it was a little strange as I also had insurance at that time and it would have been d
