Although I am not satisfied with the response from Top Tile, I have no other information to submit

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Attached is my receipt from Top Tile Ms*** is correct, I did order 3xsubway tile (for the kitchen) and indeed, was satisfied and did use that tile My complaint is specifically regarding tile I ordered for my fireplace which are detailed as the first two items on the receipt (item names: CERTIM0312PAMGR and CERTIM1224PAMGR) These tiles, as stated in the size column are 3xand 12x24, respectively I am not seeking a refund of the entire recipt total, just the cost of the aforementioned Cerim tiles (ext price: $and $88.58), which were not true to size Mr*** is incorrect as I did not allege that she spoke with *** *** He is not my contractor, but a subcontractor She is also incorrect that I gave her square footage measurements In fact, my general contractor, ** ***, went to Top Tile and reviewed his drawing of the fireplace with Maureen, a Top Tile employee Together they reviewed the measurements and created the order While I now understand as Ms*** puts it, "manufacturing a size is a size in name only used for identification ." While, I appreciate her example of the actual measurements of a 2x4, that is also a fact that I was unaware of before this dispute arose I am a layperson I am not an expert, or even a novice in issues relating to home improvement, such as actual versus"nominal size" of building material This is why I sought the advise of experts and went to Top Tile when I could have ordered tile on the internet At no time, did Ms*** mention that common size may differ from actual size I have attached a screen shot from Lowes' website, accessed today, which specifically indicates that difference I would expect no less from a specialty store such as Top Tile However, attached is a photo of the display in Top Tile of the tile I am unsatisfied with As you can see, unlike Lowe's, it indicates no such difference I am not sure what "$order" Ms *** is referring toMy understanding is that my entire order is reflected on the attached receipt which was paid in full at the time I placed the order If she can produce the receipt for that order, I would be happy to pay for it and/or deduct it from any refund she is willing to give me Ms*** references my negative Facebook review If this matter is resolved to my satisfaction, I am willing to edit any online review I made of Top Tile Thank you. I am writing in response to complaint ID [redacted] for the second time . I have attached the same photo of the display board that the tiles were selected from and it clearly shows the actual size and the nominal size of the tile. [redacted] photo wasn't presented to you in it's entirety. I understand that [redacted] is a lay person but that has no bearing on this matter since it was the contractor who ordered the tile . Why was he not specific about the sizes of the tile ? Tile is sold by the square foot and we delivered what was asked for. Maureen our sales person is well experienced in the industry and sold the tile as anyone of us would have. She has a good working relationship with [redacted] for years and we respect him as a contractor.I have attached the invoice for the $27.71 order. The signature at the bottom is from the person who picked the material up.I am sorry that Judy can't understand how tile is sold but we cannot be responsible for every customers idea of what tile sales should be.
