I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I stand by my original statements, correcting the typo, (work farm was to be worm farm) It appears that the second tree has died, even though it was in terrible shape when we got it, I considered the fact that we had it a year, therefore I chose not to ask for that money back I know I have been honest and feel my request was more than fair.Regards,

In response to the complaint filed by *** ***, I must first of all say that he must have way to much spare time on his hands to have conceived and written a page plus letter concerning such a trivial matterI will attempt to be very brief with our response.We have nothing that documents
conclusively that confirms that he requested a tree with any specific root stockA copy of the original hand written order is enclosed as well as a copy of the original invoice which was sent to him long before the tree was deliveredNeither document specifies a particular root stock would be provided and it is our contention that had he been intelligent enough to respond to this had it been an errorHe did not.There is nothing that verifies we made a mistake or misrepresented anythingTherefore, we deny any claim Mr Obermeyer has made against us and in conclusion, there will be no replacement or refund for the quality product we providedIt would be to his advantage to plant the tree, watch it grow and ultimately enjoy the fruit of the harvest which the good Lord provides.Sincerely,Thomas ***
