the work they did on my house was acceptible The customer service was terribleThere was no communication from them and all work was done at their convienceNo follfrom them on how I felt about the work, just a , "when can I stop by to pick up the final check?" Personally, I would not recomend them to anyone

TTB has been working on my house since the the damage back in August of and the house is still not completedThere are primary issues with the company I would like to make future customers aware of so they don't fall into the same mess I got myself into and I would like to cancel all further work by them or communication from them 1, Contracts and pricing, even though you sign a contract on the set price of the repair its not honored, so the contract has stipulations in the contract that the price can change, be careful on what you sign with this company 2, Communication and follow up is nonexistent, I have to constantly chase them and I still do not have my house completed yet and I am now getting no communication from them on when my house will be completed Please make sure other consumers don't fall into this trap, I have so many E mails back and forth from the company I sick of trying to piece them all together

I will keep this simple, The job started on time and when the crew came they were very nice to talk toThe crew was quick and cleaned up after each dayAt the end the owner came to inspect the job found a small problem and one man came back and repaired the mistakePrice that was quoted was what I paidGood job

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have been working with TOB since last summer and their communication is only done when someone complains, it took me to put something on the Revdex.com site with regards to service quality before I get phone calls from them on working with meTheir response is ht exam told excuses on their part and its not their fault, future consumers need to made aware of their communication issues, its ashamed the quality of their work is actually good, they just can't communicate or follow through on their promises. Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Our first communication from Mr [redacted] was on March 22, He emailed us concerning painting work that needed to be completedWe informed him that weather did not permit the work to be done, but we would have it scheduled as soon as the weather was warm enoughWhen we do exterior painting, the weather needs to be above freezing and dry consistently so that the paint / stain can dry correctlyIf we do the work prematurely there will be peeling in the futureWe did not forget about his job, nor refuse to complete itThe issue is simply that there hasn’t been a long enough stretch of warm, dry weather to get the work done For several days after his initial communication on the 22nd of March, we went back and forth with the customer to discuss the details of the contractOur contract is very clear when it comes to how the customer will be billedThis particular job entailed insurance restoration funds and an out of pocket customer upgradeThe details of each of these were discussed with Mr [redacted] in detailIn accordance with our contract, we asked Mr [redacted] for a substantial completion payment, and, in a show of good faith, allowed him to hold all out of pocket expense, including amounts for work that had been completedThe agreement we made was that we would not collect the final out of pocket expenses until the work was complete, meaning the exterior paint that needed to be done We did not bill Mr [redacted] for anything outside of the insurance scope, which is exactly what our contract stated we would bill him forWe billed him for his out of pocket expenses per the retail agreement he signed with our representativeWe have responded to every communication attempt by Mr [redacted] despite his remarks While we sympathize with his eagerness to finish the project, we cannot do subpar workHe is asking us to complete a job without regard to our professional knowledge or expertiseWe provided over $35,worth of work to Mr***, of which most was paid by his insurance companyWe are going back and forth over $worth of painting that we cannot complete until weather permitsIf he would like to find another company to complete that work, we will issue a credit for that dollar amount and send an invoice for the balance of the work that has been completed.
