Top to Bottom Home Inspection

Top to Bottom did an inspection for me on Oct 6, 2014. I found [redacted] punctual, pleasant, and completely professional. His report was well documented with numerous photos and comments. He also made note of areas that he thought would benefit from a detailed evaluation by an experienced, licensed contractor. He did a thorough job within the limited access available. It would have been beneficial to both of us if I had been able to remove obstructions and provide better access for inspection. Under the circumstances, I am well pleased with his work and highly recommend his services.
