Top to Bottom Rooing, LLC in Colorado Springs, CO is a very unreliable company and can possibly even be a scam company Through my insurance company, this company owned by Dan *** (aka Robert ***) took half the money up front for the estimate of the total cost to replace a house and sheds with shingled roof with metal and repair some siding Material to cover half the house was all that was purchased while Dan made excuse after excuse why he did not have the rest of the material and could not complete the project After almost five months of excuses and the roofs being subjected to rough weather with only underlayment and tarp covering most of the roofs, I fired Dan and hired another company who promptly completed the house and are close to finishing the roofs on the sheds Our experience with Top to Bottom Roofing and Dan *** was a nightmare and the $dollars was mostly used for purposes other than what the money was contracted for My recommendation is to stay away from Dan (Robert) *** no matter what company he may start up

did not get a permit, in spite of my frequent inquiries, and did not have an inspection.
(Major structural replacement of roof from ceiling up)
very poor workmanship on interior sheetrock, texture and paint. Much will have to be replaced, cannot be repaired.
bullied me into paying before job was completed. Did not complete job.
did not provide pictures and invoices as promised
charged for supplies not used
