Review: My incident occurred at the deli counter of the store. The gentleman preparing my cold cut sliced his finger on the machine, he ran off to get help, someone else had stepped in and threw away the old stuff and started new, but never cleaned the machine, because when I got home and opened up my cold cuts a dime sized piece of skin, finger prints and all was sitting right on top of my cold cuts. Proper measurements were obviously not taken in cleaning the machine or even using a different machine. I had met with the [redacted] of the store immediately afterwards and he tried to rectify the situation but clearly they do not teach their employees proper protocol for such things. They need to be investigated on their health practices in this store. And I returned about 40 minutes after my discovery to talk to the [redacted]. What about all the people after me that had their food cut on an improperly cleaned machine.Desired Settlement: I would like this store to be investigated into their health practices, they clearly do not teach their employees proper protocol. I would also like a report back about what has been done.

Not the first time I have purchased salads and or precooked meals from t hem and I don not know why I go back except for the convenience, Their salads need a lot of help as far as seasoning and flavoring( does anyone know how to cook) I would rather pay a little bit more and go across the street to Mulberry Street and know I will have good food.
