Top truck provided terrible customer service. Their team of state inspectors are very inconsistent. We recently had an issue that was created due to their inconsistency. They did not know how to handle the situation and it quickly turned into an argument. They eventually had enough and the manager told us to "pay and leave". We said no and their next step was to call the police. The police arrived and that did little to stop the argument as we experienced inconsistency with inspectors. The owner eventually came out, became involved and handed us our money back and said "don't come back". This is a terrible establishment and I will be contacting DOT as I feel they are not qualified to offer state inspections.
