 I spoke to a building manager, Mr. Steve W[redacted] and he told me that the room was not a legal rental beause Mr. M[redacted]was not supposed to be listing with the agency--to begin with. Companies like your have been taken to court for listing residencesthat are not for certain terms: it has happened with Air BNB.  In NYC, you get fined for lack of registration. It is illegal in NYC to not register a room and rent it out. When I first visited your agency (NYC ROOMS for RENT) I was told that you deal with long-time clients, therefore, you should know your clients.
