I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me even though I am not completely happy with their service/offer.He told that he didn't get my photos through Revdex.comHe rejected to see the photos when I offer him to send directlyRevdex.com told that they sent the photos to him.This is like a legal robbery as they take money with out providing proper serviceIt doesn't really matter even if he comes times or times when the service doesn't render properly

 I don't have time to
write very elaborate one and I tried to make out the points and
attached various pictures.
 Aeration never
recommended.
One side only uneven
surface.
He never do a proper
service until a Sep 02nd; Rest of the service all he made is fake and dummy.
He himself told that he
will not do any more service as I am asking refund of previous services as he
didn't do 
 it properly. He never
told me first that he will stop his services.
 How can I ask to pay
back for the money that  I didn't pay?
I made some payments
already over $200+ and there is one bill pending.
So, I am asking him to
refund the money that I paid so far and write off the pending bill.
[redacted] said he will write
off only pending bill (of around $45). I didn't agree for that.
 I asked either refund
the money that I paid so far or do a service with proper way.
 The lawn becomes green
before moving was due to some fertilizer and nitrogen application.
Otherwise, my lawn as
never green as he didn't apply any fertilizer or nitrogen.
He used to suggest
weekly lawn service whenever I call him and ask that my lawn is not looking
good.
I even did 3 weeks lawn
mover weekly and I didn't see any difference.
Later with some research
and experience people, I came to know that it is not enough to apply fertilizer
commonly.
They need to identify
issues and treat each one separately with enough fertilizer and nitrogen as the
soil is not 
 good in all the places
same.
 He used claim he has a
professional degree and it is not clear with professional degree how doesn't he
know that 
 all lawn cannot be
treated in same way. He has to identify spots where soil is not enough strenght
and he has do 
 enough things.
More over, reg the
weeds, he never provide better service. He used say it will take 2/3 weeks to
get the weeds 
 get dry due to the
spray. It never happened and they became green after some time.
I didn't see long weed
all the times because it got moved.
 He took photos that
looks nice side. He din't take other sides.

 He is telling so many
lies.

Revdex.comMESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:We have tried to resolve this issue with [redacted] many times. He still owes us for onetreatment. We have offered to take that amount off, even though the application was applied correctly, as were all others. As stated in the previous response, we have been to [redacted]'s house this year more than 10 times AT NO CHARGE, in addition to the 4 treatments he has paid for. We provide fertilization and weed control only; we do not provide any mowing service.  The problem each time was that the mowing was not being done properly, causing severe damage to the lawn each time it was mowed. This was conveyed to him on many occasions, and each time he insisted we were wrong. The previous pictures I included were of both sides of his house, and clearly show the lawn before mowing, and the obvious mower damage after.Again, we have offered to take off the remaining balance for [redacted], but we will not do any more than that. Even doing that is just a nice gesture to try to appease him somewhat. We provided the best service we could for his lawn, and with proper mowing it could be in great shape!
