I apologize for taking so long to reply I did not get this complaint, not sure where the customer got the price they did of but the price range is from $400-$The $which the customer DID NOT pay is At the low end of the standard priceBut once the Customer came to us with concerns
about the price we did offer to work with the customerThe Customer agreed with the terms we came up with$(price of pervious service call) off the $leaving a balance of $Customer then agreed to pay half on July 1st and the rest on August 1stNo payments have been made as of yetThe $is a fair price for the work doneWe want our customers to have a positive experience with us and we feel we went above and beyond to make this rightWe also feel that should have never been a complaint since we did work with the customer, the customer has a working ac and we have not received any payments

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, we have been waiting since phone conversation offering credit for the initial charge and the $229 balance with [redacted] and [redacted]. They had promised to send an invoice through email for the new credits and amounts and we have not received any communication from the company at all. Please send invoice as promise so I can have an invoice/account number to be credited my payments properly. I shall attempt to contact the company tomorrow to expedite this as well as this response.
