Tried them out for the first time and bad experience from the get go Employee could not give me a correct price on a part my jeep "needed" and was given one price and a few minutes later the price had gone upOriginally jeep had gone in for an alignment and came out with "broken" part and driving twice as bad as before And to top it off I called to speak to a manager and he was outI asked for a GM and he was out too and wasn't given either name when I asked for it not once did I ask for a direct number just a simple name so I could know who I had to ask for Even McDonald's gives a managers name!! So what kind of business is this? Left my info so it could get "screened" and given to them if it sounded important At least that's what Christina (woman who answered the phone) said because they get tons of calls every day
