This is very frustrating. I have an option to use honey or Ratuken. I have ONLY chosen to use TopCashback. I can send you a list of my accounts from both showing I have collected nothing from either one of these for these purchases. So far, TopCashback is claiming that "another marketing channel" was used. I feel like TopCashback just doesn't want to pay out what they promised, and this is the easiest way not pay. It seems very sketchy. Lost my trust.

Review: I made three separate purchases through the cash back website topcashback.com on Sept. 23. One is $150.14 at [redacted] website. One is $1.94 at Kohl's website. One is $34.55 at GNC website. I suppose to get $14.74 cash back total. However, I didn't see a penny posted after one week so I opened missing cashback claims though their customer care link. Now it has been another one month. One claim status is "waiting for merchant" and the other two claims are still "ready to submit"! Can you believe it? Their customer service actually does nothing to help the customers. There is no physical customer service to call or to email neither. This was actually my first time to use topcashback.com and it has been such a bad experience. They don't deal with customers and they never listen.Desired Settlement: I need my $14.74 cash back as what your website has advertised. I need this issue to be settled within one week from today.

We have had a look into your claims for you and we have updated them accordingly. Your claims for [redacted] are currently at the 'Ready To Submit' status, we submit claims in batches every few weeks, some claims cannot be submit until one month after the order date which is the case with your two claims, this is explained when lodging a claim. Your other claim with GNC has been submitted to the merchant network three weeks ago and we are currently waiting for an update from them.
We can see that you have sent us a 'nudge' on your claims, please do note it does say on site that we do not respond to nudges and prefer members to write us a message if you have any concerns regarding your cashback.

Review: They recently had a promotion with that offered $35 back on any phone with the exception of the iPhone 6. I purchased a phone for $13.10. I clicked the link on the site to get the promotion. I even got a successful click email. It did not "officially" register with top cashback website. Extremely odd after I got the successful click email!!! I have sent in all the verification requirements for the purchase. They said the promotion had now changed and you needed to activate the phone in order to be eligible for the cash back. I took a screenshot of the original promotion which did not have that requirement. The company refuses to give me the $35 until I activate the phone. This was not stated in the promotion at the time of the deal. THEY PROMISED $35 for the deal on ALL phones but the iPhone 6.Desired Settlement: I want the promised $35.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. It was only resolve lo after starting the claim with Revdex.com. Thanks to Revdex.com for helping the consumers.
