I was referred to Nani by a co-worker and since then he took the time explain the Microfit Program and the installation of our Watts solar panel system in great detail Nani was always available to answer any questions I had about the project on an ongoing basis Nani, always kept me informed about each stage of the Microfit Application process and the actual installation of the solar panels themselves Nani, and his team of professionals, were always professional, courteous and provide a great deal of attention detail in all aspects of the project Maintaining our home's exterior appearance was important to us and Nani, and his team, made sure that this commitment was top of mind in all aspects of the project This was very much appreciated! Lastly, the solar monitoring system that was installed is excellent! We can plainly see how much electricity is produced daily (weekly & monthly) and how much money was made as a result -- fantastic! I had been researching the installation of Solar Panels for about years before I took actionWhen I was ready, I found that the hardest part was finding a service provider who I feel comfortable with I came across New Dawn Energy and checked out their references In addition to the references provided, I also took comfort in the professional and educational background of New Dawn's principal person, Nani (engineer with direct experience with solar technology) New Dawn delivered exactly as they had originally promised and were very transparent during the whole process I feel comfortable with them early in the process Nani and his team were professional, courteous, meticulous, and responsive to questions They kept me advised at all milestones and provided a completely turn key service The power generation estimates they provided at the beginning of the process are proving to be realistic I'm enjoying checking out the amount of power generated everyday (via the internet and the on-site meter) and I enjoy sunny days more than I did in the past;) I'm very satisfied with the installation and I would recommend New Dawn without hesitation P.SThe photos don't show all sections of the panels installed, but they should give you a good idea

We dealt with various members of the New Dawn team and each person was conscientious and diligentThey were very efficient and were always on top of things that needed to be done and made it as painless as possibleThey arrived with a thorough breakdown of costs and what to expectThrough the process we learned that Ontario Hydro would send us these rather intimidating e-mails demanding we do this or that, they dealt with all of them with very little extra effort on our partThe various government inspectors that came to inspect all had high praise for New Dawn when they learned that was the company handling the install, saying that with New Dawn they have no worries that things would be done right
An amusing aside; ***, the company president likes to boasts that everyone there are engineers, which is nice, but also very amusingly obvious

Nani and the New Dawn team were very professional from the beginning to the end of my the solar system project.They created an easy to understand work back schedule of key deliverable dates and payment requirementsI really felt very at easy with Nani and his team as they where there to answer any question that I had about the project.The reason I did not give a star on this review was because the installation of the solar invertor on the outside of my the houseI am still trying to source a cover to protect the electrical hardware from the sunA Home Depot typical canopy is large and unsightly so I have to get a custom cover built for it.Overall, I am pleased with the output of the solar systemIt is generating revenue for us and I feel really good about being a steward of the environment!
