In response to complaint # ***, The customer states that the vehicle has been in our shop for more time than she has had the vehicle, since purchasing the vehicle on 12-1-the customer has put 16,miles on the vehicleAttached is the bill of sale, inspection report and a picture of
the current miles when the customer brought us the vehicle most recentlyThe customer also claims that the vehicle has "the same fuel issues" and more major issues almost months later and expects us to fix them, the issues are due to backed up maintenance. Also the customer states that she was "screamed and cursed at" which never happened , we always helped out when we could wither it was her vehicle or the multiple people she brought to us We ask that this complaint is removed after further review, thank you

[redacted] purchased a vehicle from our dealership on 3-22-16. a 2002 [redacted], there was a 1000.00 down payment on the vehicle and the rest was financed through [redacted]. The [redacted] was picked up on 3/28/16, registered to [redacted], a few days later [redacted] complained that she did...

not like the vehicle and came back to our dealer on 3/31/16. We offered to return the vehicle, even though we did not have to. The [redacted] would be returned to us and another vehicle would be financed, a 2009 [redacted]. The [redacted] was new to our lot and we explained that the title was not in our possession yet. [redacted] insisted that she wanted the vehicle and we proceeded to take a down payment of 1800.00 for the [redacted] and allowed her to keep driving the [redacted] until the title has arrived. Too this day , (5-2-2016) the title for the vehicle has not shown up, [redacted] had called our dealership almost every day , harassing and insulting our employees. We have told her multiple times to return the [redacted] and collect her down payment but she refuses and continues to tell us that she wants to wait for the title.

I have read the companies reaponse. As far as the lemon law states if the vehicle has had to be repaired for the same issue three times it therefore becomes a lemon and the company was to refund my money or replace the vehicle. The vehicle has always been maintained properly especaially since it was consistently in their shop for work. The car currently has a check engine light on which clearly states on a reader that the car has a fuel emission issue. I was yelled at and cursed at and this company is not complying with the lemon law and also I had the car independently inspected by muffler and brake and they advised to return the car in which I did only a couple weeks after purchase and they refused to refund or replace the car and also when the vehicle was in shop for days and weeks I had no other vehicle to drive.
