The client's vehicle was towed in and already had moulding peeling off and missingWe found one sitting in between the seat and another was on the ground near vehicleCustomer came to pick up vehicle and suggested we had peeled his mouldings off his year old carI informed him that there is
dirt on side of car where mouldings used to be and peeling offHe insisted that the vehicle was not like thatSo we issued a full refund of $and told him he will not be accepting him as a customer any longerWe then were contacted by his insurance and sent them the pictures taken of the vehicle when in our possessionHIS insurance company said, "That's is indicative of year old vehicleWe are not held responsible for the damage."

As a business we strive on customer satisfaction.  We have done what we could to resolve this issue. Arguing back and forth on Revdex.com is not the company we are. The truck came in as a no start. We fixed the issue with the truck, then after the customer placed blame on us for issues that the truck wasn't even here for (mouldings), we issued a full refund and took out the part (that was now NOT paid for by customer due to full refund). This is why it had to be towed out b/c the part needed to fix the issue, the customer didn't want to pay for. We have complied with insurance sending pics and the insurance states also Topham is NOT at fault/ liable. The pics sent to Revdex.com and Insurance showed proof that the visible dirt marks and peeling moulding has been over a long period of time.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. . 
 The business denied the damage was done there. I have pictures and witnesses that I have submitted to insurance to prove the damage was not due to age. Insurance still has the claim open. The money was refunded so I would not file a claim, but when I when I tried to start the truck on their lot it would not start. I had it towed off to another repair shop via [redacted].
