As a business we strive on customer satisfaction We have done what we could to resolve this issueArguing back and forth on Revdex.com is not the company we areThe truck came in as a no startWe fixed the issue with the truck, then after the customer placed blame on us for issues that the truck wasn't even here for (mouldings), we issued a full refund and took out the part (that was now NOT paid for by customer due to full refund)This is why it had to be towed out b/c the part needed to fix the issue, the customer didn't want to pay forWe have complied with insurance sending pics and the insurance states also Topham is NOT at fault/ liableThe pics sent to Revdex.com and Insurance showed proof that the visible dirt marks and peeling moulding has been over a long period of time
