serious issue that needs to be resolved.  Let’s go over everything below, but as we go over everything I just want you to know we will take care of your Mother and help with the financial situation and send her some product as well.   If you could just read the following to get a sense of our internal investigation.   At this point after investigating, we still only see one charge from us for $2.50 and that was verified by [redacted] (our Merchant Service Provider) when I called them today. In order to get to the bottom of this we need to see on the bank transactions where Topical BioMedics took it out twice. We need this for several reasons: 1.       Is there fraudulent activity where they are portraying themselves as us? 2.       Is there fraudulent activity where they use a similar name as us that is not really us? 3.       Did it process as Topical BioMedics and we need to call [redacted] again to find out why it is not showing up on any of their reports or records (that even they can’t see).   We will definitely help your Mom out, so please understand that will always be the case.  Below shows all the activity for the past month with that card number ending in 7662 and there is only the one charge for $2.50.
