I am glad they finally responded to my calls and e-mails and...

sent me the product I ordered. My dissatisfaction is: they took two months (2seperate times to respond and only because I made threats to them.)  I truly would have preferred a refund because the product is useless to me, since I will not  be ordering it again.I do still you still show that a complaint was filed against this company.
