Unfortunately, this is not a customer centric business...at least not for non-business purchases. Buyer beware - Make sure you get your order exactly right the first time!

TopKnobsDecor must send their items out using UPS signature guaranteed. We were not available during the UPS delivery attempts and the items were returned to TopKnobsDecor. I contacted TopKnobsDecor and they would not resend the items unless we pay for shipping charge again ($8.50 for two knobs). They do not have the capability to ship a product out using another carrier. Since we are not home during UPS delivery attempts, we would run into the same problem again. TopKnobsDecor did not care about our issue and would not simply refund our money and would not send out the two knobs using another carrier. To cancel the order that we never received, they charged us 1) shipping cost and 2) 20% restocking fee. Please be careful with your order.

Review: Website says orders ship within 24 hours of receiving order. It's been three days. I have called numerous times and emailed but I cannot get a hold of anyone to cancel this order. I called at opening time-- it goes right to recording. The one time I did get a hold of someone they promised a call back the same day-- nada. Not a reputable company. PLEASE JUST CANCEL ORDER.Desired Settlement: Cancel order [redacted] and cancel pending charge on credit card for $299.

I am very sorry we could not ship your order immediately but the item ordered is drop shipped from our vendor and they were out of stock of the item. You should have been notified immediately via phone and email but it appears the only conversation had was when you called in to cancel the order, which we did. Notes indicate that a phone call was attempted with no answer. I personally wanted to apologize for not being able to fulfil and ship your order. We don’t know if the stock is available until the order is submitted to our vendor. Once they contact us we follow up with the customer. Our goal is to supply excellent customer satisfaction although sometimes we can’t meet the demands when we depend on our outside sources. I hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you and redeem ourselves. Thank you and have a blessed day.

So far I have used Top [redacted] products for 8 years. We have been happy with most of our products from them. Some of the Normandy knobs have broken off their screw, but they were uncomfortable when you pressed up against them so we ended up replacing them with another type from the collection.

What I have not been happy with is their 20% restocking fee. The sizes are not user friendly and when I had to return the 3" knobs for smaller knobs they told me I had a restocking fee for a $10.00 order. Make sure you know what you want before you buy.
