Review: I used my ATM on 09/**/2013 to withdraw $100.00 cash. I did everything the machine required, but no money came out. I went to the person working at the laundromat where the machine was located and he called his manager and the manger advised him that I would have to contact the ATM service. I called the ATM service and spoke to a woman around 3:45pm on the same day. she advised that the supervisor was on another call and she took my name and number and advised that he would call back the same day. The woman also advised to call back the following day if I didn't receive a call back. I called the following day, which was a Saturday and the call went straight to voice mail so I left a message. I called again on Monday 09/**/2013 and spoke to the same woman. This time she said her supervisor was in a meeting and not available. I called back again later on the day and the call went straight to voice mail so again I left a message.Desired Settlement: I want my money back as soon as possible. I don't think the supervisor is going to call me back or anyone else such as the Revdex.com.Please help. I'm a [redacted] and live on so little money. I need this money to get to the clients home or I won't have a job.
