I flip houses for a living and I have been buying appliances from Topline Appliance of Melbourne for yearsI tried all the other guys but Topline was cheaper, more knowledgeable, extremely courteous, offered better service and always delivers and installs on timeI still check prices from time to time and Topline always beats everyone's pricesI buy complete stainless steel packages; a side by side refrigerator, glass top range, dishwasher and microwaveI let Topline deliver and install them every timeI have never had any problemsI will continue to buy from Topline Appliance of Melbourne fro a very long time

Don't walk, RUN the other way! I can't speak for the rest, but I strongly advise you not to purchase from the West Melbourne location. I purchased a used refrigerator from Topline that lasted just over 30 days. I called the company to have them fix it and they refused. Not only did I purchase a piece of junk, I also purchased a colony of roaches. My house is infested with two types of roaches. When we pulled the refrigerator out from the wall in my kitchen, roaches were marching out the back-as if they going to a convention or something.

I am so angry. I have a daughter with asthma and one with seizures in my home and so there isn't any place in my home for bugs. I have to keep a very clean home. Instead of buying a workable refrigerator, I bought expensive, nasty bugs. I might as well have rolled up the money and burn it for all I got for my Topline purchase.

The worst part is, I called a ton of time and no one called me back. When I finally spoke with them, instead of being at least apologetic, they were condescending, somewhat obnoxious and basically said I got what I got because I purchased a used refrigerator for 'cheap.' I was told that the problem was mine and that if I need the refrigerator repaired, I would have to pay the going rate but that I from what I was describing the refrigerator was doing, that I might as well purchase another refrigerator because repairing the one they sold me wouldn't be cost productive. Can you believe the gall?

If things couldn't get any worst, I swapped out my old refrigerator with them. At the time, they said if they could repair my old one, they'd deduct the price for it. I had just purchased a new part for my refrigerator and my daughter and I installed the new part. Since my old refrigerator still didn't work, I decided to have Topline swap my refrigerator but didn't remove the part before sending it. Well, as you might imagine from crooks, I have never seen or heard from my old refrigerator again, they didn't deduct anything, because according to them my refrigerator wasn't repairable AND the new expensive part I purchased vanished in the wind.

Funny, I consult businesses on how to improve service so that they achieve organizational growth and sustainability. Here I am unwittingly being a part of what I advise organizations never to do. Customer service is clearly not this company's mantra. They have refused to do anything about the problem and haven't given me or the other customers they treat poorly, a second thought. I even tried appealing to their humanity and good will by imploring them to change the way they responded to disgruntled customers.

They do not care. They have not made the connection between customer satisfaction and organizational sustainability; which for them is unfortunate because they would be doing so much better if they did. Clearly, they are satisfied with sub-par performance, and for this reason, you'd do much better staying away from them entirely. I told them I would come here and let people know how horribly they treated me and they basically said, they do not care. So here I am, doing my part to save you a few hard earned dollars. Go some where else. Trust me.
