I ordered a pair of pants in size and received a confirmation emailThe next day I received another email saying the product was no longer in stockI called top man who told me they have no more pants at all in this size anywhere in the world except for in Oxford in EnglandI called Oxford in England (I am located in the US)The lady on the phone told me she actually does not have these pants and that sometimes the computer is slow to updateI then went back on the top man website to try and place an order of the pants to see if it would say the pants were unableableOnline it let me order all of the sizes of pants and showed that they were availableI called top an back to ask them why their website was saying they have all the sizes of these pants if in fact they were completely sold outThe women on the phone told me they were definitely all sold out but to check back in 3-days as that's when their computers get updatedShe told me that their digital team must not have updated the website yet to reflect that the pants are unavailableSince topmans computer system clearly can't be trusted, I then decided to call every top man shop in the US to ask them personally if they had the pants in storeAll stores told me they did not have the pants except for oneThe woman in the NYC store told me she had them and put them on hold for meI asked her to ship them for me and she told me she couldn't do thatI knew this wasn't true since every other top man store told me they absolutely could ship the pants to me if they had them in stockI hung up and called back and talked to someone else at the NYC storeThe man I talked to the second time told me he would ship me the pantsHowever, he let me know that the pants the first woman put on hold for me were in fact a completely different pair of pants and they were also in the wrong size! And he didn't have the pants I was looking for at allIn the meantime my mother in law tried to order the pants online from Canada to see if she was able to purchase the pantsher shopping bag kept defaulting to ordering pairs instead of one so she placed the order for two pairs and called top man to fix her orderWhile on the phone with topman she asked if the pants were even in stock and if they would actually be shippingThe man on the phone assured her the pants were in stockA few hours later she received an email saying the pants were unavailable and she wouldn't be receiving themI then decided to try and place an order online again as well just for the hell of itI purchased the pants in size and size The order went through successfully and I received a confirmation emailI called top man to double check that I would actually be receiving this orderThe woman told me that these pants are in stock and that yes, I would be receiving this orderSuddenly these pants that were sold out all over the world hours early are apparently available again now and will be shipping to me??? Surprisingly I received an email saying that my order had been dispatched from the warehouseMeaning I would get the pants in size and size 36! PerfectMy mother in law also got the same email hours after the first email saying she wasn't getting the pantsNow she would also be receiving the pants in size to her house in CanadaOn the topman website it specifically states "free shippingFree returnsAll duty paid"Funny enough, my mother in law received yet another email from top man now saying that the pants she ordered were being held at the border and would not be delivered until she paid the duty!! What happened to "all duty paid"?? After a day I called topman to see if they would track my order for meSince the order was actually placed in my husbands name they would not give me any info on where my package was for "security purposes"Because finding out what ups location my order might be at would be so unsafe for the orderI called back and told them my name was Michael and they immediately tracked the package for meWhat a jokeThe package arrived later that dayThen I needed to return the size because they were too big so I went online to print a shipping labelI put in all the info they requested and tried to print a labelI kept receiving an error messageI tried times and my husband tried times as wellFinally I gave up and called top man YET AGAIN and the lady on the phone informed me that they were having problems with their system and to try again in hoursHonestly this companies customer service is laughable, their outdated computer system is a complete joke and their security protocol is ridiculousI have never had so many problems ordering something onlineI sent their customer service department an email letting them know my emmense disappointmentI have yet to hear backI will absolutely never shop there again and I will inform and warn everyone I know about this incidentNEVER SHOP WITH TOPMAN ONLINE

I then went back on the top man website to try and place an order of the pants to see if it would say the pants were unableable. Online it let me order all of the sizes of pants and showed that they were available. I knew this wasn't true since every other top man store told me they absolutely could ship the pants to me if they had them in stock. While on the phone with topman she asked if the pants were even in stock and if they would actually be shipping. The man on the phone assured her the pants were in stock. A few hours later she received an email saying the pants were unavailable and she wouldn't be receiving them.
I then decided to try and place an order online again as well just for the hell of it. I purchased the pants in size 34 and size 36. Honestly this companies customer service is laughable, their outdated computer system is a complete joke and their security protocol is ridiculous. I have never had so many problems ordering something online. I sent their customer service department an email letting them know my emmense disappointment. I have yet to hear back. I will absolutely never shop there again and I will inform and warn everyone I know about this incident. NEVER SHOP WITH TOPMAN ONLINE
