Review: I returned my items two months ago but have not received the refund. I contacted the topman customer service via email and they requested the tracking number for the return. I made it clear to them that I do not have tracking number because I used the prepaid postage from [redacted], and I can do not have access to it after it expires.Desired Settlement: Immediate refund.

Review: I purchased a pair of black spray on skinny jeans from topman.com. Within a month, a hole had worn in the crotch. The company's customer service demanded I send the jeans back to the UK at my own expense ($50) to even be considered for a replacement. They have stopped replying to my e-mails.Desired Settlement: I want the jeans replaced immediately.
