Review: Car was brought in for a rust area by the rear, passenger side wheel well. The original price was $600. Once they had my car he raised the price 50% to $900. All these were cash transactions. The car appeared to be fixed but within 3 months the paint was bubbling due to rust underneath. The [redacted] of Top Notch was shown this and we agreed to wait till after the winter. Car was brought back in end of this summer (2014) and was again repaired. This time paint was bubbled with one month. Went to the shop to see [redacted] ([redacted]) to complain but had to speak to [redacted] (an off the books employee). I watched him write the message to call me since [redacted] has my phone number...he never returned the call. As of this date he has never contacted me even though on Oct [redacted] I saw him at the shop and in a rather loud voice threatened to sue him...he still has not contacted me.Desired Settlement: I want my money returned in cash...just the way I paid him so I can go somewhere to get it fixed properly.

Review: I took it to this place because I needed a towing because my car was broke down.They told me that same day that my car only needed two thing fix.And I said fix the car because I was faraway. They said they needed to wait in the parts.After being their 4 days they told me it was my engine motor and it was going to be 4,500 for everything.I didn't have the money to fix it. It was hard to believe it was my engine.they did work on my car so I had to pay 588$ but I was very upset about their service so they lower to 450$.I paid to get it towed to [redacted] they told me it was not my engine and that it didn't need a throttle body like topnotch had said.Desired Settlement: Topnotch lied about what my car needed I'm paying 1,800 to [redacted] to solve the problem.I would like to get my money back .it was not fair for me to pay 450$ for their services that didn't even solve the problem.

Review: I [redacted] brought my 2005 Chevy Colorado to topnotch auto body located at [redacted] on 3/**/14 to have my front differential and the left and right side, front axles repaired and also to have my rear differential serviced. The rear differential was never serviced but I was charged for it. I was charged $60 for oil seals that I was never notified about that should be included in the price of new axles that I was charged $240 each for and/or the USED front differential which cost me $650. I was never given the option of getting a new or used front differential. I was quoted $1550 for the work and then charged $420 over the quote price. I've had to bring my truck back to top notch at least a handful of times for a leaking seal, keep in mind I was never charged to replace a problematic part that had to do with the work that was done by top notch(Frank I[redacted]-owner/operator and/or his employees. in the beginning of 8/2015 I noticed the driver side front axle was leaking so I brought it back to topnotch on 8/**/2015 when I was told they had the replacement part. When I went back later that day (8/**/2015-440pm) an employee of topnotch, Jeremy R[redacted] handed me an invoice for $317. When I asked what it was for he replied " the work we just did on your truck". I in turn stated that I wasn't going to pay it because of the fact that it had to do with work that I had previously paid for and was never done to 100 % satisfaction. At that time owner operator Frank I[redacted] jumped up from his desk and started shouting and cursing at me telling me to get the [redacted] out, he then told Jeremy R[redacted] to give me my keys. Mr. frank I[redacted] then proceeded to rip up the invoice and throw it in my face while screaming and cursing at me. As I was walking out to my truck Mr. I[redacted] walked out behind me telling me that I quote " [redacted]. The very next day it was still leaking. I informed Mr.I[redacted] that it was still leaking and he replied, GOODDesired Settlement: Since the job was never done properly and as of today 9/*/2015 it is still leaking after having to bring it back numerous times, I would like a full refund of 1904.39 to bring it elsewhere and have the entire job done correctly.
