hellothis complaint does not belong to empire surfaces inc.we are a stone fabricator for countertops.there isn't anything tangable that a customer couldpurchase as this complaint states.nor is there any other business at this addressexcept shanes sandwich shop. the TOPO DEPTcompany does not exist...
