incapable of fixing the problems. I gave the painter the opportunity to fix issues on two separate occasions. Not only did he not fix the problems, but he created more issues (getting paint on the hardwood floors and hardware) that I was then left to fix. Prior to paying the contractor in full, he agreed to have another painter come in and fix the problems and he is now refusing to do so. There are numerous other warranty issues that he is unwilling to address.

As you know, the painting contractor is happy to do the touch ups. Please give him a chance to do so.
