I am rejecting this response because: There was an agreement, verbal or otherwise, between Allstate Insurance Coand B & B Wrecking that the tire would be changed by them; it was notI had suggested to *** that he go to Auto Zone, or another auto supply store, get the right socket, racket and extension whatever he needed; since he did not have the correct item with him at the time, and bring back the receipt of which we would pay for that; he refusedAlso at *** Tire they got to work lowering the spare, taking off the tire, replacing it, and putting the spate back, at which time we did not see any "special" tool used and we were only about 15-feet away*** did not even make an attempt to lower the spare from the truck.A worker from the oil company, in fact several had stopped by to assistOne had a socket set and loosened the lug nuts and wanted to assist further; however, we instructed him a service company was on its way to change the tire and he left. He seemed to have no trouble having the right equipment to change a tire and he is not even in the business!So I do not accept their response about having to pay for a job of which they were paid to do; therefore, we will accept a debit on our account in the amount of $and a reimbursement of $to the insurance companyI think it would be a crazy world if companies went to do a job and did not have the right tools, or forgot to bring them, had to go back to the office, or shop, then back to the customers home or place of business and have the gull to charge the customer or company trip fees and still did not do the jobWhich is what happened to us
