I understand and followed the rules of the no smoking policy set by the hotelI can provide bank account statements showing I have never purchased cigarettes, I can provide a health assessment from a dentist showing that there is no evidence nor has there ever been evidence of cigarette usageThere are two possible options leading to a cigarette in my room; The housekeepers did not clean well enough from the last guest and accused the wrong guest for the cigarette or, the hotel is committing fraud by scamming a guest for $without any hard evidenceThe provided pictures do not provide clear evidence that there was even a cigarette in the room I stayed inThe hotel is able to charge every single customer with this bogus $fee simply by having them sign the policy and then framing them as I have been framedI am a US Navy Veteran, I am highly educated and have just been accepted into one of the most competitive healthcare programs in the world, my credibility and credentials speak for themselvesAs a healthcare provider it does not make sense that I would smoke nor would I lie about smokingI will get a lawyer involved, I will also get law enforcement involved to resolve this matterI will not stand by and let an unethical business commit fraud

[redacted]'s son, checked into our hotel November 4th and checked out November 5th. The Morning on November 5th our housekeepers went in to clean the room 224 and saw a cigarette on the floor by the light stand and bed. We have a strict...

non-smoking policy it states on our check in folio that if you smoke in the room there will be a $200 dollar fine we also saw this verbally as guest sign.
Our hotel is a non-smoking building so we charge with no hesitations. I  have attached the photos that our housekeepers took when they found the cigarette.
