Reference is made to Revdex.com complaint ID *** The person identified in the complaint criteria is not the name of any person contained in our sales or service records as having purchased a camper from Topper's Camping Center nor received service thru our service department. We did sell a
used *** *** travel trailer to a customer and coordinated delivery of the trailer to an address in Hutto, Texas with the same zip code as that of the person listed in the complaint to Revdex.comHowever the address was not the same as the person filing the Revdex.com complaint. The *** *** *** delivered to Hutto occurred April 15, and the trailer was delivered to Hutto about April 22.Our service records show that on April 30, the purchaser of the used *** called and spoke to our service manager, reported heavy storms and rain resulted in water leaks and that photos of the damage would be emailed to our service departmentPhotos were received May 20.Topper's contracted a transport service, received the trailer at our service facilities June made needed repairs to the trailer and returned the trailer to Hutto. The product warranty did not cover damages to the trailerTopper's charged nothing for repairs performedTopper's returned the trailer to Hutto at no charge. By aggreement between the purchaser and Topper's our customer was reimbursed $for expenses incurred.Emailed response from the owner of the used *** trailer in Hutto dated Augstate that our customer was thankful for our delivery of the trailer to her residenceWe have had no further contact with the customer regarding any issues or complaints

made. The camper was received at Topper's service center July as scheduledAssessment of needed repairs was completed and repair parts were ordered from the manufacture of the camperAll needed repairs were covered under factory warranty provisions, approved by the factory and required repair parts orders were placed with factory providers. On three separate occasions the factory forwarded to our service center repair parts other than the correct part as ordered for the repairAll needed repairs to the camper were completed on Saturday, Augand customer *** *** was notified by phone that same day. *** *** took possession of the camper from our service center about 11:am Monday, Aug

contact the extended *** contract provider for pre-approval before calling the mobile ** ***, we understand our customer's frustration about having to pay for a mobile *** call and later have his camper transported to our *** facilities.After receiving the fifth wheel camper at Topper's *** facilities in the Waller area as scheduled, a period of about days lapsed before completion of a proper inspection and diagnosis by *** technicians and a factory approved replacement air conditioner was ordered.The replacement air conditioner unit was recieved at Topper's Septand repairs were completed that same day.*** *** took possession of his repaired camper at our *** facilities today, Septand accepted our reimbursement to him for the mobile *** charge of $135. Additionally, our *** customer call logs do not reflect proper notification by our *** advisors of ** *** about the status of his camper repairs during a period of about a month after receiving his camper at our *** centerManagement has discussed the matter with *** *** an offered our apologies for the oversight
