contact the extended [redacted] contract provider for pre-approval before calling the mobile [redacted], we understand our customer's frustration about having to pay for a mobile [redacted] call and later have his camper transported to our [redacted] facilities.After receiving the fifth wheel camper at Topper's [redacted] facilities in the Waller area as scheduled, a period of about 15 days lapsed before completion of a proper inspection and diagnosis by [redacted] technicians and a factory approved replacement air conditioner was ordered.The replacement air conditioner unit was recieved at Topper's Sept. 8 and repairs were completed that same day.[redacted] took possession of his repaired camper at our [redacted] facilities today, Sept. 9 and accepted our reimbursement to him for the mobile [redacted] charge of $135. Additionally, our [redacted] customer call logs do not reflect proper notification by our [redacted] advisors of [redacted] about the status of his camper repairs during a period of about a month after receiving his camper at our [redacted] center. Management has discussed the matter with [redacted] an offered our apologies for the oversight.

I would also like to add, my ** sustained damage (while at their location)to the upper area of the drivers side of the exterior. [redacted] photographed the damaged and advised they would have to have the damage repaired and repainted and advised they would send a tow vehicle to my location in Matagorda,Tx (at a time convienient to me) to pick up my **. He further advised the tow vehicle would deliver the unit to an undisclosed repair/repaint facility for repairs and after completion the ** would be delivered back to Matagorda,Tx at no charge to me.I had [redacted] put the promised repair in writing and he initialed it. I hope the promised repairs will be carried out as promised?
