I am rejecting this response because: Just to be clear the after market lighting was not installed over a year ago, but was installed May 29, 2015.Also the truck was not drivable to bring to their shop so had to have repair done so I could drive there, I did tell the lady that on the phone with my initial callFord left after market light unhooked and repaired melted damage parts but I retained damaged parts to bring with me, once there I was brought into shop only after waiting in the waiting room approx20-minutes not right away, then asked to come back in shop and after their explanation I would not say I was in agreement but did thank them as I am not a mechanic and trusted what they told meWas then again asked to wait in the waiting room while they re-hooked up after market Truck bed lightingDid not look under the hood again at their shop after they re-hooked up the light but did so once I arrived home and thats when I noticed the wiring was shiny new and fuse was not the same

We received a call from Ms. [redacted] stating that she was having an issue with wiring in her truck and the dealership told her that it was due to a LED light that we had installed into her truck over a year ago. see any aftermarket item added to the truck. We then told her that we would have to see the wiring before she did anything to make sure if it was in fact out issue or not. She proceeded to have the issue fixed without giving us the opportunity for us to see what was exactly happening. After whatever was wrong was fixed she brought the truck in to have it looked at by our techs. We brought Ms. [redacted] into our shop and showed her that in fact the issue had nothing to do with the item we had installed over a year ago. We showed her that the light we installed still worked and if it was our light the unit would have no longer functioned. We also showed her under the hood. When she left here she was in complete agreement with us and was very thankful that we showed her everything. She then stated that she was going to head back to her dealership and deal with them and that they were going to pay for the repairs. Sometime later we received another call that she again was blaming us and that things had been changed out. We did not change anything out of the vehicle and had explained everything to her. At this point we decided there was no point arguing with her dealership was blaming us for something our product had nothing to do with. We also want to note that there is only a 90 day in house warranty on any after market products.
