I do not understand why I have to pay money out of my pocket for the mistake their client made? ?

We have used [redacted] Window Cleaning for years. Our windows sparkle. [redacted] crews are exceptionally thoughtful as to reliability, professionalism and "just fine people."
Their pricing to be fair. They truly go the extra mile.

Hi this one of the mangers at st.lous park we did sent out a refund out to she if I remember correctly on the 9-28 and we did delivered the refund out to her
