Review: The whole spa experience was lack luster. The relaxation room was far from relaxing was very loud in their conversations and the relaxation room had no separation from them. All the other doors in the establishment were so heavy; when they shut they slammed closed. Sitting in a mediation room with all of this commotion was not relaxing at all. Once we were shown to the couples massage room I was again unimpressed. The room is right off the relaxation room so I could hear all the same noise. And sadly the massage itself was not even good.My next compliant is in regards to the price sheet being deceptive and misleading. When looking at the prices on the online reservation system it says Couples Sweedish Massage:$110. I called to book via telephone, so I never continue the booking online. Sadly, when it came time to pay for our massage I was shocked to hear the total was double! The website summary was very deceptive and misleading and should be modified to say per person next to the price of a couples massage. In my mind when I see a price next to a service that is for two people I would naturally assume that price covers the two people. The sell sheet should also be modified have an asterisk next to it saying prices are listed per person.After being completely unsatisfied I contacted someone at corporate and they were not understanding and would not work with me.Desired Settlement: I think a refund to my card, so that I only pay what for what was listed online is only fair.
