Review: Three people from office called in a lunch order todayWhen we went to pick up what I had order - Philly Cheesesteak the company was out of steak so the girl who took the order told the cook to use chicken insteadI told her no that I did not want that so I orderd a bacon cheeseburgerOkay, no mention of any type of discount for the inconvenience but that was okayGet back to our office and I take a bite and the hamburger was RAW! I spit it out and threw it in the trashI came back to my desk and called, spoke with [redacted] to begin with who asked me "what do you want me to do about it"I asked to speak to the manager, [redacted], when she got on the phone I relayed the above to her and she asked if I wanted to order something elseI told her my lunch time is up and she said, well, we're open until amI indicated that I could not leave and come back and she stated that was all she could do for meI'm more upset over the RAW food then the raw treatmentShe couldn't offer to mail me a voucher good for the amount of money I spent on the meal? I was hoping to have some other contact from the business, Toppers Wings-n-Things but did notI have not received a refund for the money spent I was contacted back a week or so ago by the business just wanting to touch base and tell me that the cook had been dismissedI feel that is unfortunate considering today's market and I surely did not place the majority of my complaint on his shouldersI am requesting a refund of the amount I spent.Thank you for your assistance with this matter[redacted],
