Broke storm door October 6, 2018. Storm door purchased 06/15/2018 and installed by Lowes's. The cost of door $370.11. Topp's Lawn Services promised to order the glass to the storm door October 6, 2018. Stating, the cost $175. October 13, 2018 I text the business via the Tumbtack website, making them aware that I did not think replacing the glass would be enough, because the broken glass had scratched up the door. October 17, 2018, Topp's stated that they had ordered the glass that it would arrived late the following week. Oct 27, 2018, Topp's stated glass was on back order and Wednesday would be the delivery day, installed would be Sat and or Sun. Nov 7, 2018, I contacted Topp's, no glass. Nov 15, 2018, glass arrived and installed. Call Topp's about scratches on the door. Topp's promise to paint door and if I wasn't satisfied, they would replaced the door, January 2019. Called Topp's, Jan 12, 2019, 19th, 25th, June 29, 2019. July 2019, Topp's offer a cash settlement $200.00. I tried to cut a deal and ask for a $100.00 contingent they would cut grass. October 2019, came no grass cut and no money for the door. October 20, 2019, I asked Topp's for the $200.00. October 24, 2019 Topp's agreed to the $200.00. As of March 1, 2020, I have not heard from them. I have text messages to back up my statement.

Hello. We replaced the storm door glass that we broke. The scratches were not caused by the small bits the glass breaks into but we will be happy to pay to have it painted. Thank you

This company has told too many lies. I don't trust them. Pay the promise amount and be done with it.
Hello. We will be happy to service the yard. Mow, blow, trim and edge. Also will trim the bushes and haul off. We can service the yard several times to make up the cash amount. Honor your word. You promise $200.00. You had ever opportunity to to settle this but, you continue to to disregard my feelings. The door was over $200.00 not count installation.
The door was hung by Lowes. I'm sure they'll discredit your claim the door had imperfections.
Honor your word and do what is right. Pay the money.
