4 He said he will charge me $500 cancellation fee before. It is absolutely ridiculous because it was his problem to force me to cancel it. I paid him on July 31, and requested him to ship my car as soon as possible on August 6. After three weeks he even could not be able to give me a roughly time schedule, while other companies could. I gave him a lot of time and chances but he simply failed to provide me with a roughly schedule. Of course I could not take the risk to stick my car to him.

(Note that his cancellation fee was $300 in 2014 but increasing to $500 just in a few months.)
As I did not get any further information about my refund from [redacted] since his last say "a refund will be sent to you address", I request that he send my money back in full amount $1,858.85 by email transfer immediately.
